Ajay Sirohi will focus in future on his role at the Seraina Investment Foundation as Chairman of the Board of Trustees and will step down from his position as CEO of Steiner AG. He has been CFO and a member of the Board of Steiner AG since 2011. Previously, he successfully served as CFO at multinational companies such as GE Infrastructure, United Technologies for Building and Aerospace, ITT and Goodyear Dunlop. Ajay Sirohi was responsible for investments in real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy and retail. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in International Business as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.

Luzius Hitz has been building up the client representation in the Development & Construction Office of the Seraina Investment Foundation since 2017. With his own company HITZBauherrenBerater, he supports private and institutional investors as an independent architect and client representative. He also has 20 years of experience as a building owner consultant at ABB Immobilien and Schweiz-Immo. Luzius Hitz has a master's degree in architecture from ETH.

Hendrik van der Bie is the founder and Managing Director of the IFR Institute for Financial Research in St. Gallen. He has many years of experience as Senior Investment Controller at Complementa Investment-Controlling. He is also a member of various investment committees of pension funds and foundations. Hendrik van der Bie holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen and is a Certified Master of Financial Planning. He is also a federally certified financial analyst and asset manager as well as a business economist HWV.

Thomas Risch is a lawyer with many years of experience in the construction industry, including as Head of Contract Management and Head of Legal Services a.i. of an internationally active general contractor/TU and real estate developer. He is a lecturer in construction law and author of the book "Nachtragsmanagement nach SIA-Norm 118". His focus is on the contractual design of demanding construction projects and the handling of complex construction disputes.

Ivo Vögtli has been an investment manager at comPlan, Swisscom's pension fund, since 2014. Among other things, he is responsible for the investment category of Swiss real estate investments and has significantly expanded the portfolio of NAV-based products during this time. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Ivo Vögtli is also a federally certified financial analyst and asset manager as well as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Christoph Zaborowski is the principal owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of REFL Invest AG. He is also Chairman of the Board of COL Ltd (Alpasion Wines & Lodge), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deal Estate, a member of the Board of Directors of Seraina Real Estate AG and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Seraina Investment Foundation. He is also a member of the Real Estate Committee of the Lonza Pension Fund, Chairman of the FG Wohninvest Germany Investment Committee and advisor to the FG Wohnen Germany Committee. Christoph Zaborowski is a graduate economist and Dr. oec. publ. with studies in Constance, Kingston (UK) and Zurich.

Markus Schmidiger is Head of CC Real Estate Management at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
He is co-founder and CEO of Engel & Völkers Wohnen Schweiz. In his professional career, he has managed real estate portfolios worth over CHF 1 billion. Markus Schmidiger is a member of various boards of trustees and investment committees. The digitalization expert and
business angel holds a doctorate from the University of St. Gallen. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Sevim Rissi is Head of Real Estate Management at the ALSA pension fund. She is
member of the Federal Valuation Commission for the Canton of Zurich. As a former freelance consultant and real estate expert with over 20 years of professional experience, Sevim Rissi has a large international network. She completed her dissertation at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in 2010. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
