Christoph Zaborowski is the principal owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of REFL Invest AG. He is also Chairman of the Board of COL Ltd (Alpasion Wines & Lodge), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deal Estate, a member of the Board of Directors of Seraina Real Estate AG and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Seraina Investment Foundation. He is also a member of the Real Estate Committee of the Lonza Pension Fund, Chairman of the FG Wohninvest Germany Investment Committee and advisor to the FG Wohnen Germany Committee. Christoph Zaborowski is a graduate economist and Dr. oec. publ. with studies in Constance, Kingston (UK) and Zurich.

Ingo Bofinger has more than 30 years of experience in real estate investments. Most recently, he was CEO of AFIAA Real Estate AG and Head of Real Estate at Avadis Vorsorge AG.

Markus Schmidiger is Head of CC Real Estate Management at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
He is co-founder and CEO of Engel & Völkers Wohnen Schweiz. In his professional career, he has managed real estate portfolios worth over CHF 1 billion. Markus Schmidiger is a member of various boards of trustees and investment committees. The digitalization expert and
business angel holds a doctorate from the University of St. Gallen. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Sevim Rissi is Head of Real Estate Management at the ALSA pension fund. She is
member of the Federal Valuation Commission for the Canton of Zurich. As a former freelance consultant and real estate expert with over 20 years of professional experience, Sevim Rissi has a large international network. She completed her dissertation at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in 2010. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
