The purpose of the Seraina Investment Foundation is to manage innovative investment groups exclusively for Swiss pension funds. It is subject to the Swiss Federal Supervisory Commission (OAK).

SIF LIVING ESG
Investments in modern residential properties powered by sustainable energy sources. The focus is on stable recurring income, high-quality properties and the long-term preservation of their value.
