The Seraina Investment Foundation is already planning further capital rounds and will continue to develop its portfolio consistently in order to offer investors attractive, sustainable investment opportunities in the future.
New subscription modalities - invest flexibly all year round
You can invest in the SIF LIVING ESG and Swiss Development Residential investment groups all year round - without having to rely on specific issue dates.
Important to know:
- Subscription is possible at any time
- Subscriptions up to the middle of a quarter are processed at the NAV of the previous quarter
- Subscriptions from the middle of a quarter are booked at the future NAV
- Allocations are usually made at short notice within 10 days of subscription
This gives you more flexibility and predictability for your investment decisions. Do you want to take over claims by way of assignment? In principle, real estate investments are strategic and long-term investments. Nevertheless, there are - usually within a limited framework - purchase opportunities on the secondary market. We will be happy to explain the current possibilities and the next steps.
