Open for life
After three years of construction, the Glasi quarter is finally "open for life". The first residents moved in from July 2022, transforming the colorful buildings on their solid concrete bases and the precisely embedded squares into a quarter that breathes and lives.
The ESG rating reflects the average value of the four completed properties in the Glasi Quarter (buildings P, Q, R and S). The average value is made up of building factors and location quality - with 5 being the best score.
