Isola
Breitenbach (SO)

The site of the former Isola works, which was acquired two years ago, is fascinating in its dimensions: old industrial halls are lined up next to classic office architecture from the 1960s on an area of around 114,000 square meters. A protected forest runs through the site, and the Lüssel, which is part of the Rhine catchment area, flows right through the middle.
The site is to be transformed in stages into a versatile residential and working quarter by 2038. The project is already a prime example of sustainable neighborhood development. This is because it encompasses the careful treatment of historic buildings as well as the vision of socially friendly, energy-efficient, innovative architecture.
The ESG rating reflects the development scenario for this property. The average score is made up of building factors and location quality - with 5 being the best score.
