Talgutzentrum West

Thanks to its central location and good connections, the Talgutzentrum is suitable for identity-creating uses and inward-looking residential development. With the purchase of the western extension of the 1970s building, the investment group has added an important building block to its existing project plans.

While the counterpart in the east envisages a completely new building, the "Talgutzentrum West" is planned to be developed on the existing substance. This is not the only way in which the project meets the high standards of sustainable neighborhood development. New residential typologies at different levels will create an urban fabric that will greatly strengthen the community value of the Bernese suburb.

With commercial space on the first floor, the "Talgutzentrum West" aims to open up spatially towards Worblentalstrasse and the surrounding context.
