Urban building block with high development potential

Not far from Oerlikon station, a district is undergoing change. Multi-storey residential buildings tower over old industrial buildings. A future health center with apartments for the elderly, an extensive school complex, cooperative housing construction and numerous densification projects are evidence of this: The area along Thurgauerstrasse is growing into an independent district.

The investment group has also secured a plot of almost 7,000 square meters. The site is still occupied by a fully let commercial building from the 1980s - originally planned as a hotel. The uses with which the urban building block can be integrated into the new quarter in future are currently being developed together with a sustainability concept. One thing is certain: The project is intended to enrich the well-developed location in the north of Zurich with a value-adding development and complement it in a meaningful way.
